These basic O rings are great for so many things. These are not welded, but have a nice tight closure. If you need to open them, though, so can do so with a a pair of pliers (cover the pliers with masking tape to prevent scratching the finish). The opening is 1" in diameter, overall measurement is 1-5/16" in diameter, the metal itself is 3.75 mm thick. Brass Finish,
