These are very nice slides. The center bar is slightly indented, making strap adjustments super-easy. They are a rounded rectangle shape, made of metal, finished in a satin black -not too glossy, but they have a bit of sheen. The strap opening is 1", overall measurements are 1-5/16" X 1".
